This is a 63 year-old women who looked at least 10 years older than her actual age because of the age related descent of all the soft tissues on her face, and the tremendous relaxation of her neck. She underwent an extensive face and neck lift with a meticulous repair of the platysma muscle in the neck to give her the best profile possible. The result you see here is only three days after surgery, and if you look closely, you can see some minor bruising along her jawline and on her neck, but overall she looks quite good so soon after the procedure.
