This is a 35 year old woman who has quite a few dark freckles, as well as a moderate amount of sun damage. She had three IPL treatments 4 weeks apart, and then a macrodermabrasion treatment in between to help the darkest freckles flake off faster after each IPL session. She still has a few spots of pigment, but it’s a huge improvement overall. Her skin is far more uniform, and the dark spots and freckles are no longer such a noticable focus of her face.
