This is a 42 year-old mother of four (5’8″ 128lbs) who went from an A cup to a D cup with 421cc moderate profilie, smooth shell, gummy bear silicone implants.
Her implants are submuscular (under the muscle), and her scars are inframammary (in the fold under the breasts). The scars are extremely well hidden, and her implants are completely settled at around 2 months after surgery. Her nipples and areolas were very widely spaced before the procedure, and although they are still widely spaced the overall appearance of her breasts and torso is dramatically improved. There is no way to fix the distance between widely spaced nipples with breast augmentation surgery alone, but the result can still be quite excellent with an appropriately sized and shaped implant.
