This is a 31 year old woman who wanted her saline implants, which were always too small, too hard, and too high, exchanged for larger, softer, and more natural silicone implants. Her old 250cc saline implants were removed, the implant pockets were expanded and reshaped, and new moderate profile 421cc silicone implants were inserted. Her new implants are much softer because they are silicone, and move much more naturally because they have a smooth surface instead of a textured one. Even though her new implants are almost double the size of her old ones, they actually look MORE natural because of the improved pocket shape and better positioning.
