This is a 26 year-old woman who wore small C cup bra but wanted to be a very full DD instead. She has moderate profile smooth silicone 533cc implants placed through an incision around the bottom half of her areola (periareolar incision). The implants were placed over the muscle (sub glandular) to give her the most lift possible because her breasts were somewhat saggy before surgery. This is the result 2 weeks after surgery with the breasts fuller, lifted, and much more proportionate to her frame.
