Breast Augmentation

This is a 26 year-old woman who wore an A-cup bra, but wanted to be a small-C instead. She underwent submuscular (under the muscle) breast augmentation with 286cc moderate-profile smooth silicone breast implants through an inframmary incision (in the fold). She wanted implants that would let her feel more comfortable in her bikini, but she wanted them to look very natural so that it wouldn’t be obvious that she had them done. You can see that her incisions are perfectly hidden in the fold under her breast, and she looks symmetric and very natural. This is the result only one week after surgery, so her implants are still a little round and high on the chest because the skin hasn’t completely stretched yet. The implants will settle as the skin stretches over the next 2-3 months.
