This is a 45 year old woman (5’2″ 120lbs) who went from a small B cup to a full D cup with 371cc moderate profile silicone breast implants placed under the muscle (submuscular).
As you can see from the pattern of her scars, she also had a breast lift without implants many years ago, but she was not satisfied with how quickly her breasts re-stretched after the lift. She felt as though she lost her cleavage and perkiness within 6 months after the breast lift operation, so she elected to have her breasts augmented to restore the lift and cleavage volume, and also to revise her scars to a more acceptable appearance.
This is the result at approximately 2 months after surgery.
