This is a 51 year old woman who had been considering breast augmentation surgery for more than 10 years, but held out until she found a surgeon that she was comfortable with.
She underwent a submuscular (under the muscle) breast augmentation with 397cc smooth, round, silicone, 397cc implants. Her scars are well hidden in the creases below her breasts. The improvement in size and shape is wonderful, as is the improvement in the overall aesthetic balance of her torso.
