This is a 22 year-old woman who wore an A-cup bra, but wanted to be a full-C instead. She underwent submuscular (under the muscle) breast augmentation with 339cc moderate-profile smooth silicone breast implants through a inframammary incision (under the breast). The space between her breasts is due to a very wide breast bone, which is simply her anatomy and cannot be changed during surgery. The only way to bring the implants closer together would be to place them on top of the muscle which increases the chances of complications like capsular contracture and therefore not recommended.
