Breast Augmentation

This is a 38 year-old woman who wore an B-cup bra, but wanted to be a full-C instead. She underwent sub glandular (over the muscle) breast augmentation with 371cc moderate-profile smooth silicone breast implants through an inframammary incision (in the fold). She also had an internal breast lift at the same time, and you can see how much of her sagging was able to be resolved without adding any noticeable scars. The shape and symmetry is much improved, and her size is perfect for her frame. The only way to lift the breasts more than this would have been to do a surgical breast lift (mastopexy) at the same time, but that would have resulted in more visible scarring instead of the completely hidden 2-inch scars she has now in the fold under each breast. She will eventually need a breast lift as her breasts continue to sag over the next decade, but this was the perfect way for her to have a sexier shape and cleavage line in the meantime without the scarring or downtime of having a real breast lift.
