This is a 44 year-old woman (5’8″ 135lbs) who had 339cc moderate profile silicone implants placed under the muscle (sub muscular) through a periareolar incision (around the nipple). This turned out to be a beautiful small D cup implant for her, and this is the result at 3 months after surgery. The periareolar incision was a good choice for her because of her skin tone. The scar is very well hidden within the alread dark border of the areola, so it’s incredibly inconspicuous. Her biggest concern was getting back to work as soon as possible, so she elected to have the Rapid Recovery technique which got her back to work on the 4th day after surgery.
