This is a 27 year-old woman (5’2″ 102lbs) who wore a small B-cup bra, but wanted to be DD-cup instead. She underwent a sub glandular (over the muscle) breast enlargement with 421cc moderate-profile silicone breast implants through an inframammary incision (in the fold). Because implants this size are incredibly large for a woman with a frame this petite, she elected for The Playmate technique to ensure that the large size still looked natural. As you can see in her After photo taken about two months after surgery, that goal was definitely accomplished.
