This is a 33 year-old woman (5’6″ 135lbs) who wore a B-cup bra, but wanted to be a DD cup instead. She was also very unhappy with how uneven her breasts were, and wanted that fixed as well. She underwent a submuscular (under the muscle) breast augmentation with 457cc moderate-profile silicone breast implants through a periareolar incision (around the nipple). This is the result only three weeks after surgery. She has a larger size that fits her body beautifully, and now her breasts are almost perfectly symmetric!
