This is a 32 year old woman (5’7″ 130lbs) who went from a very small A cup to a small D cup with 405cc moderate profile Inspira Style SRM breast implant.
She wanted a result that was proportional to her figure without going too large. She opted for The Playmate Breast Augmentation Technique in order to use a fairly large implant at over 400cc while keeping the result so natural natural that it is difficult to tell that she had anything done. Her new cleavage is excellent, but she also has a perfectly natural slope at the top of both breasts so nothing gives away the fact that she has bresat implants. She also made a smart decision in choosing the newest line of Inspira implants that have a firmer feel than the traditional Natrelle line, and a more cohesive gel core that more closely resembles the amazing feel of the teardrop implants.
