Breast Augmentation

This is a 23 year-old woman (5’4″ 122lbs) who lost almost all of her breast fullness and shape after she lost quite a bit of weight. Her main goal was to restore the fullness in her cleavage area that she had when she was heavier, and to lift her breasts as much as possible without having a real breast lift. Since she is so young, she was not ready for the scars of a traditional breast lift procedure even though that would have given her the best overall result. She underwent a Rapid Recovery Breast Augmentation with an internal breast lift and a 397cc moderate profile silicone implant, which is a larger implant than she really wanted, but that extra volume was necessary to lift the breasts and make the procedure worth it for her without a real breast lift operation. Her incisions are hidden in the folds underneath her breasts, and her implants are under the muscle.
