This is a 20 year-old woman who wore an A-cup bra, but wanted to be a D-cup. She underwent submuscular (under the muscle) breast augmentation with 440cc high-profile smooth saline breast implants through an inframmary incision (in the fold). The most important thing to her was having great cleavage for bathing suits, and to be able to wear a strapless dress… something that she couldn’t do because she didn’t have “anything to hold the dress up”.
