This is a 35 year-old woman (5’4″ 120lbs) who wore an B-cup bra, but wanted to be a small D-cup instead. She underwent sub muscular (under the muscle) breast augmentation with 339cc moderate-profile silicone breast implants through a periareolar incision (around the areola). She also had an internal breast lift at the same time, and you can see how much of her sagging was able to be resolved without adding the additional scars associated with an external breast lift procedure. A breast lift would have given her the best possible result, but the result of a breast augmentation alone is still very nice without any conspicuous scars.
