This is a 47 year-old woman who wore a small B-cup bra, but wanted to be a full C-cup. She underwent subglandular (over the muscle) breast augmentation with 339cc moderate-profile silicone breast implants through an inframmary incision (in the fold). She is an avid golfer and did not want to be too large so that the implants themselves would affect her golf game with the cross-body arm motion involved. Not only was she pleased with the size, but she was back on the course within 10 days after the procedure thanks to the Rapid Recovery technique.
