This is a 31 year-old woman who wore an A-cup bra, but wanted to be a full C-cup instead. She underwent subglandular (over the muscle) breast augmentation with 397cc moderate-profile silicone breast implants through an inframmary incision (in the fold). The size increase speaks for itself, but also notice the beautiful, natural slope she has at the top of each breast, and how her scars are completely hidden.
