This is a 50 year-old woman who underwent a mini-facelift, jowl lift, upper blepharoplasty, and fat transfer to recontour her smile lines, mouth, and chin. Her deep smile lines are what bothered her the most, and after years of expensive and temporary filler injections, she decided on a more permanent solution. The fallen volume from her cheekbones was restored to it’s normal position, which helped soften the smile lines itself, but the icing on the cake was the fat transfer. A small amount of fat was harvested by liposuction from he abdomen, processed into pure microfat and stem cell globules, and then injected precisely into her entire nose and mouth area to fill her deep smile lines and nasolabial creases, soften her deep marionette lines, and recontour her chin and jawline. These procedures dramatically changed the appearance of her mouth area in a way that filler injections never could. She also had an upper blepharoplasty to remove the excess skin on her upper eyelids that made her eyes look much more tired than she actaully felt. This is the result at one month after surgery.
