This is a 40 year-old woman who had a rhinoplasty to decrease the overall size of her nose, to create a more defined tip, and to make her nose less of a focus of her face so that she could look and feel more feminine. This is one of the most difficult rhinoplasty operations possible when the nose is this size, and the overlying skin is this thick. This is the result at 2 years after surgery, and considering where she started, this is a truly incredible result. You can see how happy she is with her new nose when you look at the expression in her eyes.
