Rhinoplasty

This is a 34 year-old woman who wanted a smaller, more feminine nose to match the rest of her delicate facial features. She had already had one rhinoplasty by another surgeon years ago, but said that she didn’t notice much of a difference after that procedure. She underwent a secondary rhinoplasty with a dorsal hump reduction and several tip refining procedures including the removal of quite a bit of scar tissue that formed after her prior surgery. Her tip was not able to be elevated to the degree that she had hoped for because the excessive amount of cartilage that was removed during her first rhinoplasty left almost nothing to work with during her secondary operation, but her tip is still smaller and more attractive, and her nose not only looks smaller and prettier, but so does her entire face because of the subtle changes to her nose.
