Rhinoplasty

This is a 31 year-old woman who wanted a more feminine nose to match the rest of her delicate facial features, but did not want to look different or lose her ethnicity. She underwent a full rhinoplasty with dorsal hump reduction and tip refinement, cartilage reshaping, and tip elevation. She had almost no bruising, and her cast came off on the 5th day after surgery. No nasal packing was necessary, so she was comfortable during the entire recovery period. his is the result one year after the procedure, and in this case, a picture really is worth a thousand words! She was one of our Fly-in-for-Surgery patients, so that is the reason for the slightly lesser quality of the Before photos… she took them herself and sent them in for evaluation prior to surgery.
