Breast Augmentation

This is a 26 year-old woman (6’0″ 115lbs) who wore an A-cup bra, but wanted to be a full D cup instead. She had 397cc moderate profile silicone implants placed under the muscle (sub muscular) through an incision in the fold under her breast (inframammary incision), and this is the result only 2 weeks after surgery! Her implants will continue to settle and soften over the next month, and believe it or not they will look even better than they do now. Because she elected for the Playmate Breast Augmentation technique, she was back to the majority of her everyday activities on the third day after surgery, and the larger size implants still look very natural on her tall, thin frame. .
