This is a 39 year-old woman (5’6″ 148lbs) who wore an B-cup bra, but wanted to be a DD-cup instead. She underwent sub muscular (under the muscle) breast augmentation with 457cc moderate-profile silicone breast implants through an inframammary incision (under the breast in the fold). Not only are her breasts now in better proportion with the rest of her frame, but they look and feel incredibly natural because they are gummy bear silicone. Her job in law enforcement required her to get back to work in a short amount of time, so she elected for the Rapid Recovery technique to facilitate a quick recovery.
