Breast Augmentation

This is a 32 year-old woman (5’4″ 105lbs) who wore a “negative A cup” bra, but wanted to be a small C cup instead, as long as the results were so natural that no one else would notice. She underwent submuscular (under the muscle) breast augmentation with a 339cc moderate-profile smooth silicone breast implants through an inframammary incision (in the fold). This is a very difficult breast augmentation case because her natural breast tissue was almost nonexistent, and her skin was extremely tight. All of the aesthetic components of the breast were essentially “created” in order to accommodate the implant she chose. The skin and breast tissue had to be stretched and shaped, and the folds under her breasts had to be essentially reconstructed during the procedure, and then refined afterwards with a custom underwire bra. The results turned out fantastic and she’s thrilled!
