This is a 52 year-old woman who wore a B-cup bra, but wanted to be a D-cup. She underwent submuscular (under the muscle) breast augmentation with 421cc moderate-profile silicone breast implants through an inframmary incision (in the fold). A simultaneous breast lift procedure (mastopexy augmentation) was also recommended to her for the ideal result because she did have a significant amount of sagging before the surgery, but she decided that she wasn’t ready for the additional scars associated with the lift. Even without the lift, she got a very nice result and is thrilled! The first thing she said was “I wish I had done this 20 years ago!”
