Breast Augmentation

This is a 38 year-old woman (5’2″ 95lbs) who wanted fuller, more feminine, but “ultra natural” looking breasts since they deflated and dropped after having a child. She wanted to correct as much of the sagging as possible without having an actual breast lift (because she wasn’t ready for the additional scars), and wanted to get some of her cleavage back. She underwent sub muscular (under the muscle) Natural Breast Augmentation technique with 265cc moderate-profile silicone breast implants through a periareolar incision (around the nipple). This turned out to be a beautiful small C cup implant for her, and this is the result at 2 months after surgery. She was back to work on the 3rd day after surgery, and wearing a regular underwire bra on the 6th day after the procedure.
