Breast Implant Revision

This is a 50 year old woman whose right saline breast implant deflated spontaneously while she was showering. She noticed the size decrease immediately, and over the course the next few days it only got worse. She underwent a breast implant revision procedure in which both of her saline breast implants were removed and replaced with a larger pair of 533cc moderate profile silicone implants that were in better proportino to the rest of her body, and of course restored the volume that she lost when the right side deflated. Because the recovery period is so short after breast implant exchange surgery, she was back to full activity the very next day, and actually attended a wedding that same weekend.
