This is a 49 year old woman who was unhappy with the asymmetry between her breasts, and also wished that her implants were slightly larger, and sexier. She underwent and internal lift procedure on her right breast to raise it to match her left, and she went up in size from a 305cc silicone to a 421cc silicone, which gave her a full D cup that she was thrilled with. She was back to work and normal activities two days after the procedure, which is a fairly typical recovery after breast implant exchange surgery like this where the only goal is a small to moderate size change.
