This is a 26 year-old woman (5’2″ 115lbs) who went from an A cup to a full C cup with 339cc moderate profile silicone implants placed under the muscle through inframammary incisions (in the fold under the breast). Her biggest concern was knowing that she couldn’t afford to take much time off work, so chose to have the Rapid Recovery technique, pioneered here at MAS.

She was back to work 4 days after surgery, and this is the result at approximately 6 weeks after the procedure. You’ll notice that she has a fairly wide space between her breasts before and after the procedure. The only way to bring the implants closer together would have been to use a larger size that was wide enough to close the gap, but a larger size implant would have been too large for her given her small frame and her goals for cup size. In addition, because her nipples face out towards her sides, moving the implants closer together would have exaggerated that look that she already didn’t like about her natural breasts. Since there is no way to move the position of the nipples on the breast, this site was the best compromise to ensure that she got the volume and push up cleavage that she wanted without going to big or adding unnecessary scars around the nipple.

This is a 30 year-old woman who wore a small A cup bra and was interested in the Playmate Breast Augmentation procedure for a sexy, larger size implant that still looks natural, which is exactly what this procedure is designed to do. She underwent a sub muscular breast augmentation with a 421cc moderate profile silicone implant through inframammary incisions, and this is the result at 3 months after surgery. Even though a 421cc implant is quite large for her given her extremely small breast size, the Playmate technique allowed the implants to be positioned such that they still appear very natural on her small frame. She has a very hollow breast bone, so the implants are slightly closer together than normal, but she likes this look and nothing can be done about a shallow breast bone during a procedure such as this. The result is excellent in any case for using such a large size in someone who started with almost no natural breast tissue.

This is a 26 year-old woman who wore an A-cup bra, but wanted to be a small-C instead. This is a 39 year-old woman (5’5″ 180lbs) who went from a B cup to a DD cup with smooth, round, 533cc moderate profile silicone breast implants.

The implants were placed under the muscle through incisions in the creases under the breasts, and her procedure was unique in the fact that her breasts were extremely asymmetric. Her left breast was significantly smaller and less-projecting than her right breast, and the fold under her left breast was also higher and misshapen compared to the opposite side. Rather than deal with the hassle of using two different size implants to correct the size discrepancy, microliposuction was used to reduce and reshape the right breast to more closely match the opposite side. The result you see here is at four months after the procedure, and as you can see, there is a tremendous improvement in size, symmetry, and overall balance of her torso.

This is a 22 year old woman (5’5″ 125lbs) who went from a B cup to a D cup with 421cc moderate profile gummy bear silicone breast implants placed under the muscle (submuscular) through incisions in the fold under her breast (inframammary).

Her breasts has softened and deflated as she aged and became more physically fit, and she wanted to regain the cleavage that she used to have when she was younger and a bit heavier. She opted for a slightly larger size than she originally thought she wanted in order to get as much lift as possible from the breast augmentation itself without having to perform an additional breast lift procedure. The benefit of using a slightly larger implant to lift the breast is that the scars stay small and completely hidden in the folds under the breasts as opposed to being in a lollipop or anchor pattern from having a traditional breast lift procedure (called a mastopexy). The decision of whether to use a slightly larger implant vs having a real breast lift procedure is a very common one in women over 40 years old, or in any women with multiple children. As the breasts sag and deflate, there are only two ways to lift the breast: 1) add volume, or 2) physically lift it with a surgical mastopexy. The combination of those two procedures is sometimes necessary in the most severe cases of sagging and volume loss, but in many cases like this one, simply using a slightly larger implant to add enough volume to lift the breast is a nice compromise by avoiding any conspicuous scarring and still giving a very reasonable amount of lift. The result is not as perfect as it would have been if she had had this procedure in her late twenties or early thirties when her breasts were less saggy, but it is much better than having the additional breast lift scars.

This is her result at only 3 weeks after surgery, so over the next 2-3 months, these implants will settle further and drop down to an even more natural position.

This is a 38 year-old woman who lost nearly all of her natural breast tissue after having three children. She wanted to restore her pre-pregnancy fullness and shape with a minimal amount of scarring, and wanted to be a full D-cup. This is a 32 year-old woman who went from an A cup to a D cup with 421cc moderate-profile silicone breast implants placed under the muscle through an inframmary incision (in the fold). This is the result one month after surgery, and as you can see, there is an amazing difference in the overall size and shape of her breasts, but also an amazing difference in the appearance of her torso. She was worried about looking fake with an implant this size, but it matches her frame beautifully and looks incredible natural.

This was a particularly difficult case for three reasons: 1) she wanted an implant that is quite large for her petite frame and small starting breast size, 2) her breasts were also extremely uneven before surgery with one side being much smaller, tighter, and higher than the opposite side, and 3) her breast bone was extremely prominent and her rib cage sloped dramatically off to the side (this is best seen in her side view). Nothing could be done about the breast bone or unnatural slope of the rib cage, but some of the uneveness was corrected with the augmentation procedure. The asymmetry could not be corrected entirely because it was too risky to stretch the smaller, tighter breast past it’s limits in a single procedure. For such a complicated case, the overall result is excellent, and she is extremely happy.

This is a 28 year-old woman who has been self consicous for longer than she can remember about the genetic underdevelopment of her breasts, and about the noticable asymmetry of her rib cage. Her left breast is non-existent, and her right breast is larger and wider, but also nearly non-existent in terms of volume. Her left rib cage was sunken far into her chest (easily seen in her side view facing to the left). She never had any reason to wear a bra, not only because of her small breasts, but also because of the tremendous asymmetry of her rib cage.This is one of the most difficult breast augmentation cases possible, and she chose MAS for her surgery because of our extensive experience and expertise in procedures like this.

She underwent a submuscular (under the muscle) breast augmentation through an inframammary incision (in the fold) using two completely different silicone implants in an effort to improve the drastic asymmetry and correct some of the rib cage depression. On her left side, a moderate-profile 286cc silicone implant was used. On her right side a low-profile 240cc silicone implant was placed. Her result is as good as it can possibly be for having so many issues that needed to be fixed, and this is the result at 3 months after surgery. Teardrop shaped breast implants may have given her a slightly more natural result, but she chose not to use them because of their slightly firmer feel and increased cost.

The best part about this operation was her comment to us after she was healed. She said “I’m so happy I found you. I feel like a completely different person, and I’m so happy I did this.”
